I recently stayed at The Pearl in Brighton for the Fringe festival shows. The location couldn't be better, with theaters, venues, and the beach all within a 10-minute walk. The house itself was bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. I loved the quirky touches like the unique staircase and the wash hand basin in the extra toilet. The owner was also welcoming and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The Pearl provided us with a fantastic stay in Brighton. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the North Lanes. The house itself was stylish and well-maintained, and we loved having a private garden. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Despite a minor issue with the shower screen, it was a small inconvenience that didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend The Pearl for a memorable stay in Brighton. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location in the heart of the North Laines, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops. the house had everything we needed and was very clean. the host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.
The smoke detector was very sensitive and went off even after burning a small piece of toast. We couldn't figure out how to turn it off, but it stopped on its own.
